This conversation left me in awe, and I can assure you-- at the very least-- this episode gets your mind turning.
We are blessed to have back on, Frank Chester. Frank wastes no time sharing his 20 years worth of work as he dives into how it is mathematically proven that the heart sits in the chest at the angle of root 3, and how the heart is the balance of polarities (2D, The brain) bringing to life our 3 Dimensional experiences. Frank explains the significance of thought, feeling, and action and how action comes from the heart space, not the brain. We dive into what limitations the brain and ego have on our potential, how congestive heart failure can be immediately dedicated with the chestahedron, the significance of the left ventricle, the veins, and so much more.
As I stated earlier, this episode left me in awe for many reasons. The big take away for me is that when we live in the past, we are in our thoughts (2D). When we look to the future it is but an idea of what can be, waiting for the actions to occur to allow that idea to come to fruition. However, when we are in the present moment, we are in our hearts, living out the 3 Dimensional world that we have created for ourselves. What life do you strive for in the present moment?
