All of this T's up are convo about his heathen cosmology, and how a noble man handles himself in these types of situations. We talk about the balance of when to be the salt and when to be the oil of man. Even more so, we talk about what it means to be the Mercury of man: Odin. Benjamin further breaks down how all of this relates to nature around us, and how in order to see the change we desire, we must know ourselves as a whole Man or Woman (oil, mercury, salt). It is only then that we can innerstand the nobility in all of us.
